What platforms is Mainto available on?

Mainto is available as a web application at mainto.ai and as a native iOS app on the App Store. Both platforms sync in real time — changes made on one appear instantly on the other.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your properties, service records, compliance data, and vendor information from the Settings page in the web dashboard at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing in the web dashboard and click “Manage Subscription.” You can cancel anytime. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
